Complete your new owner form

We must collect a few details before we can get you set up. This form covers your contact information, ownership details, and the acknowledgments required to activate your Island Account and ferry access. It takes about 10 minutes. To get you started using the ferry and other island amenities, we ask that you complete this process before your first visit.

Set up your Island Account

Once we receive your completed form and closing documents, we will invite you to set up your Island Account. Your Island Account provides access to owner billing, account records, the member directory, board meeting documents, community calendars, and other owner resources and systems. You will receive setup instructions by email.

Schedule your new owner orientation

Because Dewees Island operates differently than a traditional mainland community, it is important that all new owners schedule an orientation with the Association. The orientation provides an overview of island operations, billing procedures, ferry logistics, community policies, architectural and environmental guidelines, and other important information related to ownership on Dewees Island. We will reach out to schedule your new owner orientation.

We also strongly encourage all owners, whether purchasing a developed or undeveloped property, to schedule a property walk with the Environmental Director to review the property's unique characteristics, environmental considerations, infrastructure, access points, and other important details specific to the lot.
